Painting of 'Russian Icons'

This painting is believed to date from the 18th century and to have been brought back by a Merchant Adventurer trading overseas in Russia.

This painting was discovered just over 20 years ago, tucked away in the attic of the Merchant Adventurer's Hall.  It has been on display ever since.
